This takes about 10 minutes, at the most, to make. It's originally done on wheat bread but I used Wasa Crackers. Here's what you will need for one cracker:
1 tbs mayonnaise
1/3 of an avocado
2 slices of a medium sized tomato
1 tbs feta cheese
Spread the mayonnaise onto the cracker.
Mash up the avocado and smooth it out over the cracker.
Lay the two slices of tomatoes on the avocado and top it off with the feta.
This is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and it's healthy!!!
